Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping:

Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, we currently only ship within Australia.

 

Flat rate shipping to accommodate handling and bulky/weighty goods:

  • Cushions (Small- Medium), totes or cuddlies @ $10 each

  • Cushions (Large/Heavy) @ $15

  • Wool Robes @ $25 each

  • Jackets & Loungewear @ $14

  • Tops @$9

 

Around 2-5 business days is the delivery timing for most domestic sales unless further interstate, but postage may be currently experiencing delays due to above. We use either Sendle or Australia Post unless otherwise requested.

Express Shipping:

Express shipping is available if requested at higher rate. Please contact prior to purchase.

International Shipping and Delivery:

We are in Australia and currently do not ship to other countries. This may be reviewed in the future.

Return & Exchange Policy

We are confident you will cherish your Plump Cushions purchases.

Please note that as the textiles used to create my products are predominantly vintage, they have been pre-loved.

All vintage blankets have been soaked in Eucalyptus wool wash and sun-dried and vintage sheeting has been laundered to pre-shrink.

We recommend to view all photos of the product and read description carefully for any fabric flaws prior to purchasing.

I pride myself on my attention to detail plus have many years of experience however, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us in the first instance so we can best resolve.

We are happy to exchange goods if they are the wrong size, wrong colour or if not as described, as long as you return the goods in an unused, unworn and saleable condition with original labels and packaging and proof of purchase within 10 days of purchase, however please note, items are returned and re-shipped at purchaser’s expense unless they are found to be faulty as per our obligations under Australian Consumer Law
