Hi, my name is Caroline and thanks for visiting Plump Cushions.

 

Having my own fashion label led to a tertiary teaching career in Design,

Garment Construction and Patternmaking. Reimagining vintage textiles for today’s responsible living is how I now devote my time.

 

I truly value the quality of sublime vintage linen,

our divine Aussie wool blankets and exquisitely executed needleworks. Deserving of being rescued from languishing in a linen press, it only requires imagination to reinvent them for today’s sustainable home plus skill for that professional finish.

 

Never being one for run of the mill, I create quirky pieces with a story, fastidiously made to last.
